Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 30,005 #10 envelopes with specific printing and construction requirements. The envelopes will have a return address, two VA logos, and rules on the face. The vendor must provide a quote via the Quick Quote system, and the quote must include all expenses incidental to picking up and returning materials. The production schedule is approximately 16 days, and the delivery of the envelopes is required by 12/19/2025. The vendor must also provide a W-9 form before payment can be made.
• The envelopes must be constructed with gummed flaps and diagonal seams.
• The return address must be positioned in the upper left corner per current USPS regulations.
• The vendor must provide a basic check of the furnished media and publishing files to assure correct output of the required reproduction image.
• The vendor must create or change any necessary trapping, set proper screen angles and screen frequency, and define file output selection for the imaging device being utilized.
• The vendor must provide e-mailed electronic page proofs for each jacket, and the proofs must be detailed and show the flap, seams, windows, and dimensions.
