Outdoor Basketball Goals and Posts (Douglass Park)

The City of Columbia is seeking sealed proposals for the provision of fixed height basketball goals and posts for Douglass Park. The contractor shall comply with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) requirements and provide equipment that meets the specified technical requirements. The proposal should include pricing, company information, method of performance, and other relevant documentation. The City of Columbia reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with any offeror considered qualified. • The proposal should include a firm, fixed price for the basketball goals and posts. • The contractor shall provide a certificate of insurance and documentation of registration with the Missouri Secretary of State. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to equal opportunity and nondiscrimination. • The proposal should be submitted electronically or in hard copy, and the offeror should review the RFP submission provisions carefully to ensure they are providing all required pricing and information.
