Description
The Navajo Nation Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking a single authorized Caterpillar dealer to supply one new Caterpillar 420 Backhoe Loader meeting an extensive list of standard equipment specifications. The dealer must be fully certified, submit a sealed bid by the deadline, and include required certifications and forms. The Department will pick up the equipment, so no delivery or sales‑tax charges are allowed. Preference is given to vendors on the Navajo Nation Business Regulatory Listing, but award is based on responsiveness to the specifications.
• Provide one Caterpillar 420 Backhoe Loader with all listed standard features and accessories.
• Must be an authorized Caterpillar dealership and submit required de‑barment/eligibility and IRS W‑9 forms.
• Bid must be sealed, mailed or hand‑delivered by March 27 2026, 5:00 PM MST; award expected by April 8 2026.
