The Pease Development Authority (PDA) is seeking a single new 2026‑model pickup truck equipped with a snow‑plow package for use by its maintenance division. The vehicle must meet detailed technical specifications (diesel 6.61 Duramax, 8‑ft bed, 4×4, GVWR ≥ 11,800 lb, etc.) and the manufacturer must hold ISO 9001:2000 certification. Bids must include separate pricing for the truck and the plow package, and must be submitted in hard‑copy sealed envelopes by the November 3 deadline.
