The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease retail space in the Lemon Grove/ Le Mesa/ Spring Valley area of California. The lease term will be up to 5 years, and the space must meet specific requirements, including a minimum of 4981.80 net/usable square feet and a maximum of 6555 gross/rentable square feet. The space must also have 24-hour unrestricted access, availability of all communications infrastructure, direct access to a secondary exterior exit door, and 24-hour lighted parking for 15 government vehicles and adequate parking for privately owned vehicles.
