NOI - Equipment Service Agreement

The National Institute of Health - Hospital Laboratory Support Service (NIH/HLSS) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for nine Leica laboratory instruments. The contractor will be responsible for providing maintenance and repairs, replacement parts, software support, and personnel requirements. The contract will be for a base year with option years, and the place of performance will be the Twinbrook III facility in Rockville, MD. • The contractor must provide all labor and OEM-standard replacement parts • The contractor must provide unlimited emergency repair visits and qualified, factory-trained field service engineers • The contractor must provide software updates, revisions, and troubleshooting, as well as unlimited phone and email support • The contractor must provide WebEx training for updates/upgrades and advance approval for installing software changes • The contractor must meet all requirements, including pricing, delivery timeframe, and confirmation of active SAM registration
