The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for Rotary Switches purchased from DRS, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only authorized source for the required equipment parts. The contract is being processed under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), which allows for solicitation from a single source when only one source is reasonably available.
