B-1B Advanced Radar/Electronic Warfare Test Station (ARTS)

The United States Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the capabilities and experience to meet qualification requirements to provide Interim Contract Support (ICS) and then transition into a Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the B-1B Advanced Radar/Electronic Warfare Test Station (ARTS) test system. The ARTS is a complex system that contains test instruments capable of automatic testing and diagnosing faults in the avionics systems. The contractor will be required to provide comprehensive supply chain management, including spare parts procurement, failure reporting, and obsolescence forecasting. The contractor will also be required to provide OEM repair services for a high volume of spare units. • The contractor must have experience providing comprehensive supply chain management for complex military testing systems similar to the B-1B ARTS. • The contractor must be able to manage spare parts procurement, including sourcing, ordering, and inventory control, for multiple geographically dispersed locations. • The contractor must be able to perform failure reporting and analysis to quickly identify and address system issues. • The contractor must be able to forecast obsolescence and develop strategies to ensure the continuous availability of spare parts. • The contractor must be able to provide OEM repair services for a high volume of spare units.
