Description
The Air Force Research Laboratory, Munitions Directorate is seeking proposals for advanced technology demonstration efforts in air dominance. The BAA is open for 5 years, and white papers may be submitted at any time during this period. The research areas include modeling, simulation, and analysis, innovative aircraft integration technologies, find-fix-target-track and datalink technologies, engagement management system technologies, high velocity fuzing, and missile electronics. The offeror should describe and focus the effort for advanced technology demonstration funding consideration. The Government expects technical data, non-commercial software, and non-commercial software documentation developed entirely at Government expense to be delivered with Unlimited Rights.
• The BAA is open to all types of entities, including small businesses and educational institutions.
• The cumulative amount for awards issued under this BAA will not exceed $750,000,000.
• The offeror should provide data rights/software assertions as part of their proposal submittal.
• The Government will carefully consider any restrictions on the use of technical data, non-commercial software, and non-commercial software documentation.
