Description
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is seeking innovative ideas and solutions through the NeedipeDIA Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). The BAA is open to all interested and qualified sources, including traditional and non-traditional partners, to submit white papers and proposals for funding consideration. The DIA is looking for concepts and ideas that can enhance its mission execution, maximize operating efficiency, and provide preeminent technological and innovation capabilities. The BAA will use a two-step process, where interested parties submit a white paper, and if selected, may be invited to submit a proposal.
• The BAA is open for a 5-year period, from December 29, 2023, to December 28, 2028.
• White papers and proposals will be accepted at any time during the open period.
• The DIA anticipates making multiple awards, with funding dependent on the quality of proposals and availability of funds.
• Awards may be made in the form of procurement contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, or other transactions.
• Proposers must provide a good faith representation of ownership or possession of appropriate licensing rights to all intellectual property used in the proposed effort.
