Removal and Disposal of Anaerobic Sludge from Digester at South Gulfport Wastewater Treatment Facility

The Harrison County Utility Authority is seeking bids for the removal and disposal of anaerobic sludge from a digester at the South Gulfport Wastewater Treatment Facility. The scope of work includes providing all labor and equipment needed to remove and dispose of the sludge, while cooperating with the plant manager to continue plant operation.
