Sentry 5000-IT Controller

The City of Pasadena is seeking a vendor to furnish and install a replacement Sentry 5000-IT Controller system, including batteries, design work, installation, and system calibration. The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, and equipment required to complete the replacement of the City's existing hazardous gas detection controller. The project includes engineering design, installation, system configuration, battery installation, and calibration/testing to ensure proper operation. The vendor must also provide factory warranties on all materials furnished against defects in materials and/or workmanship. • The Sentry 5000-IT Controller system must meet specific requirements, including model 5000-16-IT-5-2000-D00-00, 5383-00 Retrofit Configuration, SentryBus PSG (16 inputs), DC 24V, and Sentry IT InSite Basic. • The vendor must provide two (2) SP12-100 12V, 100Ah batteries (or equivalent). • The vendor must perform services including engineering design, removal of the existing controller, installation and retrofit of the new Sentry Controller, provision of miscellaneous hardware and materials, installation of new batteries, removal and disposal of old batteries, and system calibration. • The vendor must provide a price proposal that includes all costs associated with the technical proposal, including labor, materials, and equipment. • The City reserves the right to reject all bids, waive any irregularity in any of the bids, or cancel or delay the project at any time.
