RFP - Asbestos Abatement

The Caledonia Community Schools is seeking bids for asbestos abatement prior to flooring renovations at Duncan Lake Early Childhood Center. The project includes the removal and disposal of all asbestos floor tile, non-asbestos floor tile mastic, and non-asbestos carpet materials. The project is expected to be completed in July 2026. Key aspects of the project include: • Asbestos abatement and disposal • Removal of non-asbestos floor tile mastic and carpet materials • Completion of the project prior to building renovation activities • Bids must be accompanied by a sworn statement disclosing any familial relationship with the School District or the Superintendent • Bids must also include a sworn statement certifying compliance with the Iran Sanction Act
