Description
The Navajo Division of Transportation seeks a vendor to supply and deliver UPM Cold Mix (Patch) material for road maintenance across the Navajo Nation. The contract is an indefinite‑quantity, five‑year agreement with an initial order of 48 pallets and the possibility of additional pallet orders as funding becomes available. Bidders must submit a technical proposal and a separate sealed bid form, apply the 6 % Navajo Sales Tax, and meet all specified material specifications (FP‑14). Preference points are awarded to Navajo‑owned firms.
• Supply UPM Cold Mix material meeting or exceeding FP‑14 specifications.
• Deliver material to the Navajo DOT – Department of Roads complex (Window Rock, AZ).
• Initial quantity: 48 pallets; additional orders may be placed over the 5‑year term.
