Washtenaw Community College is seeking a qualified contractor to perform repair work on “Lot 2” of its campus, including concrete sidewalk and curb removal, sub‑grade repair, asphalt paving, storm‑structure repairs, and related site‑work. The scope is detailed in the revised drawings (Attachment D) and unit‑price list, and the contractor must manage all trades, provide a portable toilet, and adhere to strict safety, traffic‑control, and waste‑management requirements.
