RRequest for Information - F-15 Flight Control Computer Depot Activation Capabilities

The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, F-15 Directorate (AFLCMC/WAQ) is seeking information from industry partners to support the development of a Long-Term Support Strategy for the F-15EX program. The strategy aims to improve supply chain efficiencies, material availability, and supplier base for multiple Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and their subcomponents. The F-15EX program is a multi-role weapon system that will replace the existing F-15C/D fleet and augment an aging F-15E fleet. The key requirements of this effort include: • Depot Activation capabilities to support the F-15EX program • Development of a Long-Term Support Strategy to improve supply chain efficiencies and material availability • Identification of potential sources capable of fielding Depot Activation capabilities • Provision of Specialized Test Equipment (STE), Test Program Sets (TPS), and Interface Test Adapters (ITAs) required for depot-level hardware testing and repair • Transition planning to identify areas that must be transitioned from contractor support to Government support The ideal respondent will have experience in managing hardware and software development projects associated with Depot Activation, as well as a strong understanding of the F-15EX program and its requirements.
