Description
The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified firm to provide multi‑year environmental‑services support for the Flemington Landfill Brownfields Property (now the nCino Sports Park). The contractor will be responsible for ongoing monitoring, reporting, and compliance activities, including quarterly operation‑maintenance screening, annual well sampling and reporting to NCDEQ, assistance with land‑use‑restriction compliance, and emergency response to methane‑system alarms. The award will be based solely on qualifications, not price, and the contract runs for three years with an optional two‑year extension.
• Quarterly operation, maintenance, and monitoring of site environmental systems.
• Annual irrigation‑well sampling and laboratory analysis.
