PROCUREMENT OF SPREADER BAR FOR USE ON MH-65

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a quotation for the procurement of a spreader bar for use on the MH-65 aircraft. The solicitation is restricted, and all responsible sources may submit a quotation. The USCG anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Oregon Aero, Inc. The spreader bar must have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Oregon Aero, Inc. The quotation must include the unit price column completed, and the offeror must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) signed by an authorized official of the approved source. The USCG reserves the right to inspect any non-conforming product or component, and the contractor must notify the Contracting Officer of any changes that potentially have an impact on the product. • The spreader bar must be a new, manufactured commercial item from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an OEM-approved source. • The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) signed by an authorized official of the approved source. • The USCG reserves the right to inspect any non-conforming product or component. • The contractor must notify the Contracting Officer of any changes that potentially have an impact on the product. • The quotation must include the unit price column completed.
