Description
• Required quantity: 10 parts with an option to add up to 20 additional units (max 30) by Dec 31 2026.
• All parts must be new, directly sourced from the OEM (Airbus Helicopters France) and accompanied by a Certificate of Conformance and full chain‑of‑ownership documentation.
• Must meet extensive quality‑assurance, packaging, labeling, and security requirements (no Styrofoam, popcorn, etc.; immediate reporting of non‑conforming or counterfeit items).
• Delivery FOB Destination to USCG Aviation Logistics Center, Bldg 63, 1664 Weeksville Rd., Elizabeth City, NC 27909‑5001.
• Invoicing electronically, no earlier than five days after shipment; payment contingent on receipt of all items.
• The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, sole‑source; no competition expected.
• Compliance with DEI (52.222‑90), sustainable‑product (52.223‑23), and security (52.240‑90/91) clauses is mandatory.
