The U.S. Navy’s Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Weapon Systems Support in Philadelphia is issuing a sole‑source solicitation to Robertson Fuel Systems, LLC for the repair/modification of four aircraft fuel tanks (NSN 7R‑1560‑015656152‑CB, part number HMO43‑010‑11) used on MH‑60R helicopters. The OEM is the only source capable of providing the required spares and repair services. The contract will be for a one‑year period, with delivery FOB origin, and will be governed by FAR Part 15 and applicable Buy‑American clauses.
