Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking a contractor to repair 11 heat exchangers for the country of Kuwait. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, disassembling, and testing the heat exchangers to determine the extent of labor and material needed to restore them to an operable condition. The contractor will also be required to package and mark the repaired heat exchangers in accordance with military standards.
• The heat exchangers are National Stock Number (NSN) 1660-01-350-1156, Part Number 2340472-3-1, and Nomenclature HEAT EXCHANGER,AIR.
• The contractor shall propose option pricing for a maximum of 227 units over the entire contract period, inclusive of the initial quantity.
• The Government reserves the right to extend the induction period by an additional 365 days, for a total of two years.
• The contractor shall obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government for all assets within the required turnaround time.
