Description
The Clackamas County Procurement Division is seeking bids for the sale of approximately 1.375 million board feet of timber, located in the Wildcat Forest tract, approximately 14 miles east of Sandy, Oregon. The timber is generally 75 to 95 years old and was commercially thinned about 35 years ago. Bidders must meet minimum qualifications, including Oregon Professional Loggers Certification, and submit a completed proposal document, including certifications, bid price form, and bid bond. The bid due date is November 5, 2025, at 2:00 PM PST.
