Description
The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is seeking a vendor to provide HG systems for propeller shaft sleeve applications. The scope of work includes providing hydraulic units, HG25-9E270-SLA38.1, and quick couplings. The vendor shall ensure they can secure funding for this order until delivered and received by the US Coast Guard. Payment will be made by Government Purchase order (Net 30) and the vendor shall assume financial responsibility until the order is accepted and received by US Coast Guard.
* The hydraulic unit, HPU.S-1-220/60/3-1.4-400-E2, is required for the end use of finishing propeller sleeves for all classes of Coast Guard Vessels.
* The HG25-9E270-SLA38.1 is required for the end use of finishing propeller shaft sleeves on all classes of Coast Guard Vessels.
* The quick coupling, 1/4 CPL, is required for the end use of finishing propeller shaft sleeves on all classes of Coast Guard Vessels.
* All work must be completed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work for the order.
* Access to some drawings may be Export-Controlled and require any recipient to be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) through DLA to receive the drawing.
* Services are required to be complete by December 24, 2025.
