Senior Grant Program SG22-274 Contractor, Residential Remodelers-General Building (B)

The Los Angeles County Development Authority is seeking quotes for the Senior Grant Program Construction Rehabilitation Services for a property located at 14607 S. Cairn Avenue, Compton, CA 90220. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the rehabilitation of the property. The contractor must have a Class "B" General Building Contractor license and/or "B-2" Residential Remodeling Contractor license, as well as EPA "Lead-Safe" Certification. The completion period is 30 calendar days from the date noted in the Notice to Proceed, and a non-completion penalty of $500 per day will be applied if the required work is not performed in accordance with the terms of the agreement. • The contract is contingent upon the approval of the homeowner's grant application. • The contractor must execute a standard LACDA contract and forms. • The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. • The LACDA is not liable for costs incurred in the preparation of the quotes submitted by contractors.
