Flooring for Bethlehem Affordable Housing at RCYMCA

The River Crossing YMCA is seeking a contractor to replace the flooring in the 2nd floor common area/hallway of the Bethlehem Affordable Housing at the RCYMCA. The project includes removing existing carpet and associated cove base, preparing the floor for new flooring, and installing approximately 2200 sq ft of MSI Cyrus Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. The contractor must also provide mobilization, supervision, progressive clean-up, and traffic control. The project must be completed by March 30, 2026. The contractor will be selected based on their ability to provide quality work, competitive pricing, and excellent service. • The project is funded through CDBG funds granted by the City of Bethlehem. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. • The contractor must provide a detailed pricing structure, including pricing per square foot, and must be able to complete the project within the given timeframe. • The contractor must also provide information on their company background, product and service offerings, and their ability to provide implementation support and dedicated account management.
