The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is issuing a nine‑contract requirement series for the removal of existing non‑asbestos floor coverings and the installation of new vinyl‑composition (V/C) flooring in apartments at various Brooklyn developments (BK08 & BK09). Contractors must be on NYCHA’s Tile Pre‑Qualification List, be registered with the NY State Department of Labor under LL 220‑i, and comply with Davis‑Bacon prevailing‑wage rules. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the iSupplier portal; no bid security is required. The contract term is three years with the possibility of two one‑year extensions.
