Description
The State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources, is seeking bids for a conference space, lodging, and catering services for the LAM All-Staff Meeting 2026. The meeting will be held in Northeast Minnesota, preferably in Carlton or St. Louis County, for up to 120 attendees. The contract term is anticipated to be from July 15, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a price schedule, including all applicable taxes, service fees, and gratuity.
• The State reserves the right to award the contract to a single bidder or multiple bidders, and to reject any and all bids.
• The contract will be awarded based on the established selection process, and the State reserves the right to inspect the facility prior to award.
