DNR APRA Denial Delegation

The Alaska Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has issued a Delegation of Authority under 2 AAC 96.335(b) that authorizes designated employees (Special Assistant 2 and Appeals Coordinator) to deny requests for public records made under the Alaska Public Records Act. The delegation is effective immediately as of September 10, 2026 and remains in effect until revoked by the Commissioner.
