NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES ON HEALTH CARE FACILITY DISCHARGE DATA REPORTING.

The State of Alaska Department of Health is proposing amendments to Alaska Administrative Code 7 AAC 27.660(b) and 7 AAC 150.250(a)(8) to incorporate by reference the Alaska Health Facilities Data Reporting Program Guidelines. Stakeholders are invited to submit written comments (or oral comments via a toll‑free telephone hearing) on the proposed regulatory changes. Comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on November 4, 2026. The hearing will be held on October 27, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. via telephone.
