Gwinnett County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive fence‑related services for its facilities on a 5‑year base contract with up to four optional one‑year renewals. The scope includes demolition and removal of existing fencing, repair and maintenance, new installation of a variety of fence systems (galvanized chain‑link, vinyl‑coated chain‑link, wood, aluminum, rigid PVC, security wire, playground barriers, etc.), associated hardware, concrete footings, and emergency response work. Vendors must submit detailed unit‑price schedules for each fence component, furnish required insurance, E‑Verify certification, and provide references.
