Routine Maintenance and Repairs of Industrial Laundry Equipment

The County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner is seeking bids for routine maintenance and repairs of industrial laundry equipment. The contractor will be required to perform scheduled and on-call tasks, including inspection, testing, certification, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, alterations, calibration, adjustments, replacement, documentation, tagging, record keeping, and certification reporting services. The contractor must be available for emergency services 24/7 and provide sufficient qualified personnel to service systems and equipment under the contract. The contract term is 365 days. • The contractor must possess current applicable licenses, certifications, and permits required by state, federal, and local laws and regulatory agencies. • The contractor must provide detailed reporting on as-needed additional service or repairs and obtain prior approval from the County for any subcontracting. • The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, recommendations, and County requirements. • The contractor must maintain sufficient materials, PPE, consumables, and supplies available for immediate use to provide services under the terms of the contract. • The contractor must keep all work areas clean and free from debris, rubbish, and hazardous waste and dispose of all waste off County property and in accordance with all State, Federal, and Local laws and regulations.
