Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified and authorized Avigilon Value Added Reseller (VAR) to provide, install, and integrate a new Avigilon Server Upgrade at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center. The contractor shall configure, test, and integrate the server with the existing VA Avigilon system and provide documentation and end-user training. The contractor must have at least 3 years' experience in installation and maintenance of Avigilon camera systems at facilities of comparable size, scope, and complexity. Key deliverables include preventive maintenance checks and services, a schedule of services and required documentation, check-in and check-out procedures, supervision, communication, and accessibility during performance of work, and calibration of contractor's equipment.
• The contractor shall perform all installation requirements, check, and calibrate according to OEM recommendations.
• The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the purchase and installation of the Avigilon server.
• The contractor shall provide training as needed or directed by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for new or existing personnel in system operation, maintenance, and record-keeping requirements.
• The contractor shall recommend a list of replacement parts, media, and spare parts that would ensure timely repair to the system in the event of a component failure.
