• Build/grade a 240‑ton haul‑road, spread 3‑minus stone, and seed ~2 acres with certified forestry mix.
• Provide a D6‑class bulldozer on‑site, maintain OSHA/SFI safety standards, and keep an E & S plan on‑site at all times.
• Submit a $10,000 bid‑deposit (certified check) within 5 business days of bid opening and a performance deposit (10‑25 % of bid) upon award.
• Contract expires 31 Oct 2028; extensions require a 5 % monthly fee on unreleased blocks.
