The Montebello Unified School District is seeking a qualified architectural firm to produce complete construction‑ready architectural and engineered drawings for new Transitional Kindergarten (TK) restrooms at Wilcox Elementary School. The work must meet California state and local building codes, prevailing‑wage requirements, and District insurance and licensing standards. The contract is capped at $119,100 and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Scope: Architectural and engineered design drawings for TK restroom facilities.
