Description
Rockdale County Government is seeking statements of professional qualifications from experienced and qualified architectural/engineering firms for the purpose of establishing Indefinite Delivery Contracts for design services needed for various County building projects. The services to be provided under the solicitation may include engineering studies, pre-design and pre-construction activities, detailed design services, project management, contract administration, contract management, and other related services. The County is looking for firms with experience in architectural design services, mechanical, electrical, or structural engineering, as well as civil engineering or land surveying services.
• The contract term will be 1 year with the option to renew for two additional 1-year terms.
• The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
• The successful consultant must furnish to Rockdale County certificates of insurance from companies doing business in Georgia.
• The County intends to award the contract to the responsible and responsive contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the County.
