Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the Harbin's Road at (Tanner Road and McMillan Road) Intersection Improvement Projects. The project consists of various construction tasks such as clearing & grubbing, grading, new turn lane construction, sidewalk, curb & gutter, pavement widening, asphalt, striping, construction of a roundabout, signal update & ATMS/ITS. Key quantities include:
• Earthwork: Less than 15,000 CY
• Curb & Gutter: 2,449 LF
• Concrete Flat Work: 2,190 SY
• Asphalt: 3,116 TN
• Storm Drain Pipe: 1,430 LF
The bid documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties. Award will be made to the vendor(s) submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid. Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities and to make an award deemed in its best interest.
