Description
The State of Tennessee is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, and install a complete commercial playground at Harrison Bay State Park. The scope includes site preparation, installation of a multi‑level triple‑tower structure, swing sets, ADA‑compliant ramp, engineered wood‑fiber surfacing, perimeter border, and ancillary play components, all in compliance with ASTM F1487, CPSC, and ADA standards. The contractor must hold the appropriate Tennessee specialty and general contractor licenses, provide a 25 % payment bond, and complete the work by December 1 2026.
• Supply and install all playground equipment (structure, swings, seesaw, carousel, benches, etc.) per the Kompan design.
• Perform site grading, install 4‑in. gravel base, place 5,887 sq ft engineered wood‑fiber surfacing, and install 344 lf of plastic border.
• Provide a one‑year workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranties, and all required insurance and bonding documentation.
