Description
The Town of Chelsea is accepting bids to replace all the exterior storm windows at the Chelsea Town Hall. These windows must be consistent with the historic look of the building and be functional and fully weather sealed, including both glass and screens that can be raised and lowered as weather dictates. The work must be completed by June 30, 2027.
• The contractor must submit material options for approval and is responsible for all field measuring - prior to order.
• The contractor must dispose of waste or trash produced from the work and protect existing buildings, plantings, and infrastructure from damage during the project.
• A site visit is required prior to submitting a proposal.
• Bids will be opened and reviewed by the Chelsea Selectboard during the Selectboard meeting at the Town Hall on 9/1/2026 at 6:30pm.
