Description
The 921st Contracting Battalion (CBn), 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), intends to solicit for Prime Contractors to provide non-personal supplies and services at multiple locations throughout the Indo-Pacific. The agreement will cover various services, including base life support, transportation, material handling, port operations, general services, bottled water, field feeding, conference support, construction materials, construction equipment, and miscellaneous supplies. The primary purpose of this agreement is to support U.S. Military personnel participating in multi-lateral exercises across the Pacific region.
• The agreement will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a period of performance of 10 years.
• The BPA will be competed at the call level for pricing and special factors applicable to the required performance.
• Contractors must submit their response with experience statements, capabilities matrix attachments, and vendor questionnaires.
• The government requires SAM registration and completion of all required representations and certifications for award consideration.
• The evaluation factors for award include past performance, technical capability, and price.
• The contract type will be firm-fixed-price (FFP) or firm-fixed-price with equitable price adjustment (FFP w/EPA).
