TOS No. 111 - 2nd Street Tunnel Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Project

The City of Los Angeles is seeking a consultant to provide design services for the repairs of the 2nd Street Tunnel, including environmental review documents and clearances, and preparation of 100% plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E). The scope of work includes tasks such as administration and project management, stakeholder coordination and public involvement, environmental documentation, and construction documents. The consultant will be required to collaborate closely with key stakeholders and provide support services and deliverables. The project is expected to take approximately 24 months to complete. • Key tasks include: • Developing a Project Management Plan and establishing a baseline Project schedule • Providing monthly schedule updates and progress reports • Conducting stakeholder coordination and public involvement • Preparing environmental documentation and compliance services • Developing 30%, 65%, and 90% construction documents • Identifying and securing grant funding • Providing bid and award phase support
