GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES (STARLING)

The San Diego Housing Commission is seeking a general contractor to provide interior and exterior rehabilitation services for a project located at 7798 Starling Drive, San Diego, CA 92123. The project will be funded with federal, state, and local dollars, and the contractor must adhere to all pertinent federal, state, and local requirements. The Commission will use a two-phase procurement process to select a general contractor, with the first phase involving the submission of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and the second phase involving an Invitation for Bids (IFB) from shortlisted respondents.
