Description
The CDC Office of Grants Services intends to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price purchase order to Management Concepts, Inc. for a comprehensive grants‑management training program. The effort includes 19 distinct courses delivered as 36 virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) sessions, covering the full Federal grants lifecycle, 2 CFR Part 200, cost principles, audits, monitoring, cooperative agreements, closeout, and related professional development. All training will be delivered online, with attendance tracking, course evaluations, and certificates issued within two weeks of completion. The solicitation is a presolicitation notice; quotations are accepted within 15 days of issuance, but the contract will be awarded without competition under FAR 12.102.
