The Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services (MDCPS) is seeking a sole‑source contract with the Consortium for Children to deliver the Structured Analysis Family Evaluation (SAFE) training, certification, and ongoing technical assistance for foster‑care, adoptive, kinship, and guardian home‑study professionals. The contract includes a 2‑day initial certification, half‑day supervisor training, full‑day refresher courses, access to an online learning platform, tools, documentation, and a 90‑day recertification notice.
