The Commonwealth’s Children’s Trust is establishing a 10‑year, $850,000 blanket contract to pre‑qualify trainers and curriculum developers for family‑support and child‑abuse‑prevention programs. Vendors will be evaluated on experience, education, certifications, and the ability to submit competitive hourly rates for three service categories: (1) Training Delivery, (2) Curriculum Development/Modification, and (3) Planning, Evaluation, and Administration. The contract uses a rate‑based structure; the Trust will issue work orders as needs arise until the contract expires on 10/31/2027. Eligibility requires at least two years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and SBPP eligibility.
