Description
The Jacksonville Port Authority is seeking qualified contractors to provide full‑service landscaping upgrades at the Access Control Center located at the Talleyrand Marine Terminal. The work includes site preparation, furnishing and installing all landscape components, and providing a one‑year plant warranty and maintenance plan. The contract is a competitive invitation to bid (ITB) with a strict electronic‑only submission process and a 60‑day construction schedule after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
