Description
The City of Thornton is seeking a qualified professional engineering/land‑survey firm to provide full‑service design for the widening of Quebec Street (north of 136th Avenue). The consultant will develop a multimodal corridor that includes vehicular lanes, a sidewalk, bike lane, median, lighting, drainage, utility relocations, and ADA‑compliant improvements, and will support right‑of‑way acquisition, permitting, and bid‑package preparation. The scope covers conceptual through final design phases, environmental screenings, utility coordination, and preparation of construction‑engineer action packages. The design effort must be completed within 240 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
