Seaside Park Restrooms – Diamond 1 & 15 Renovations

The City of Bridgeport is seeking bids for the renovation of two existing public restroom facilities located at Seaside Park. The project includes general construction, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and accessibility improvements. The selected awardee must meet all municipal, State, and Federal practices and requirements. The contract award will require the successful vendor to have a valid SAM, DUNS, CT, and Federal Tax ID numbers prior to commencing work. Key aspects of the job include: • Renovation of two existing public restroom facilities • General construction, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and accessibility improvements • Demolition, installation of new fixtures, finishes, flooring, partitions, lighting, ventilation, and other work as identified in the Contract Documents • Compliance with all municipal, State, and Federal practices and requirements • Valid SAM, DUNS, CT, and Federal Tax ID numbers required prior to commencing work
