Stone Avenue Youth Transitional Housing Project

The Stone Avenue Youth Transitional Housing project will consist of exterior and interior improvements to the site, including the replacement or modification of major systems such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural, to meet current code and safety standards. The project aims to convert a historic hotel into low-income transitional housing for youth. The scope of work includes landscaping with GSI practices for water harvesting and areas for the community to gather and grow. The project will be funded by HUD, and the City of Tucson is seeking bids from qualified contractors.
