GEUS Warehouse Yard Expansion

The Greenville Electric Utility System (GEUS) is soliciting proposals for the expansion of the Warehouse Storage Yard. The work consists of expanding the yard, including site clearing, earthwork, concrete paving, drainage improvements, fencing, erosion control, and related site improvements. • The project requires a site visit, which is highly recommended but not mandatory. • The proposal submission deadline is August 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT. • The award date is projected to be September 17, 2026, at 6:00 PM CT. • The contract will be awarded to the respondent who submits the most advantageous proposal. • The respondent must provide a certificate of insurance evidencing the required insurance. • The respondent must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
