Reconstruction of Public Works Maintenance Yard

The City of Manassas Park is soliciting sealed bids to reconstruct its public works maintenance yard, a municipal storage and maintenance facility located on Rugby Road. The scope includes demolition of the existing structure, site preparation, and construction of a new, modern maintenance building in accordance with provided specifications, plans, and project manual. This project will be managed by the Engineering Services Manager or designee and requires a contractor experienced in municipal building reconstruction, capable of delivering a complete facility ready for immediate use. • Demolition of existing yard structures and site clearing • Construction of a new storage and maintenance building per municipal specifications • Coordination with City Engineering Services for inspections, compliance, and final acceptance • Delivery of a fully functional facility meeting all local building codes and standards
